Password Suggestions
(1) Do not use lazy passwords
A lazy password is a simple password (like 123456) that is easy to remember, or even not set at all, or the password is the same as the account. Such weak password settings are very dangerous!
(2) Length and Complexity
The password length should be at least 8 characters, and should mix uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols. Therefore, a secure password should include at least the following:
。 Include uppercase letters
。 Include lowercase letters
。 Include numbers
。 Include special characters, such as: ! @ # $ % & etc.
(3) Passwords should not have obvious meanings
When setting a password, avoid using only single words or phrases, as attackers can use a dictionary to test all words. Also avoid using special nouns (such as family names or birthdays) to prevent easy guessing!
(4) Avoid setting the same password
For convenience, do not set all your online services to the same account and password. If someone knows one set, they can steal all your online identities.
(5) Regularly update
In addition to meeting the above requirements, it is also important to update your password regularly! It is recommended to reset a new password at least every 60~90 days.
